We are a friendly, relaxed orchestra with an emphasis on enjoying performing a variety of pieces.
You don’t have to be a professional player to join the orchestra and we don’t hold auditions however the pieces we play are around grade 6.
If we are not currently looking for new members in a particular instrument, you can always contact us and we will keep your name on file.
We rehearse Thursday evenings 7.30-9.30 pm in term times at:
St Thomas Centre, 1 Semilong Rd, Semilong, Northampton NN2 6AG
If you’d like to become a member of the orchestra our charges are £60 per year. This helps to cover the costs of the rehearsal space and concert venue. We hold three concerts a year.
